Whether inspired by music, water, or friendships, I hope to share the connections that sustain us.
I'm a current illustration undergrad at Rhode Island School of Design. Here I'm learning from friends and teachers to tell stories with sequential arts, words, animation, painting, printmaking, scientific illustration and more. I'm finding how I enjoy my art when it illustrates goals, threats and consequences - Especially in relation to the roots that connect us to the causes, effects and solutions to the collapsing climate.

In the strange times the earth's inhabitants find themselves in, I hope to share realistic hope in the face of the many challenges facing people, water, wildlife, art and culture.

At the end of the day my goal is to be outside, experiencing the patterns that sustain our world. Time spent building trails atop mountain peaks and paddles through endless lakes have shaped many slow moments I'm thankful for. These experiences, the creativity of others and science provide the inspiration to connect the subjects I'm interested in.

Currently, I'm working on a comic that distills many of these ideas into a sequence of paintings, collages, prints and poems.
